Returns Policy

We’re very sorry, but perishable food products cannot be returned.

All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective.  If you have received an INCORRECT item DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or not in their original condition.

For instances where product is defective, damaged or contaminated, you may contact us to request a return of your purchase within 7 days of receiving your shipment for a refund or exchange. 

Due to the wide range of personal taste preferences and food likes/dislikes, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or replacements for products that are “not quite to your liking.”

Shipping

UPS is our perferred shipping vendor.

Our designated shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

UPS Ground:  Typically takes 1-4 days to arrive after shipping. Processing time is 1 day.  If your order is placed too late to ship due to a longer transit time, it will be shipped the following week.  For instance, 3 or 4 day in-transit orders that come in after Tuesday’s deadline ship the following Monday.

UPS 2 Day Air:  Typically takes 1-2 days to arrive after shipping.  Processing time is 1 day.  If your order is placed after Wednesday’s deadline, it will be shipped the following week.

UPS Next Day Air:  Typically takes 1 day to arrive after shipping.  Processing is usually 1 business day, unless ordered after Thursday’s deadline.
